Day 14-French with a Twist.

Hi Everyone!

Today's nail challenge was french with a twist, I had a couple ideas for this mani but this morning I was inspired by one of the girls I follow on Instagram.

Amy from Gotham Polish (@gothampolish on Instagram) had a picture of this mani using different colors. She used Zoya Blair and wet n wild Black creme. It was completely gorgeous and I instantly fell in love with the color combo. I'll make sure to add a picture of hers at the bottom.

The colors I used for the recreation of this mani were:

OPI-Honk if you love OPI.
♥ Wet n Wild-Ebony hates Chris.

The matte top coat I use is Essie's Matte about you.

I hope you guys liked this mani & make sure to check out Amy's blog & Instagram, she has great stuff!

Here's the picture of her mani that I decided to recreate!

As always thank you so much for reading hope you enjoyed!

Polish Addict-Pretty in Pastels.

Hello Everyone!

Today I'll be reviewing my most recent purchase from Polish Addict by Laura Sanchez!
This beautiful polish goes by the name of Pretty in Pastels and it's definitely a MUSt have for the spring♥

(The polish i'm holding is not Pretty in Pastels)

Pretty in pastels is a light mint green crelly with different kinds of pastel glitter.

This polish was quite sheer, in the picture I'm wearing 4 coats with no undies. I totally adore the color base and the end result. I love how I can use this polish over different blue & mint colors.

Even with this polish being so sheer the final result isn't a bulky fat nail. I love it when I can apply my indies just like regular polish and not have to worry about having to smooth surfaces out.
The glitter in this polish spreads out on the nail very evenly making the application very smooth.

Now onto the glitters, we have pastel baby blue matte hexagonal glitters, purple big hex glitters, micro pastel baby blue glitters and some green hexagonal glitters.

You guys can purchase this polish at http://www.shoppolishaddict.bigcartel.com/
but her shop will be closed for the next two days.
I should be having two more polish addict polishes to be added to my collection and swatched here, so if you like what you see don't forget to follow :)

 :Love you all! Goodnight<33

NOTD: glitter, glitter & some more glitter!

Hi guys!

I hope everyone had a good week & is having a great weekend!
Today i'm wearing a cute & super easy nail art design. All I used for it was a black polish to use as a base, a glitter polish & a matte top coat.

Shade

All I used for the base was Sally Hansen's Black out.
When the black was completely dry I put on the glitter polish. The polish I'm using is called "Dr. Franken" and it's made by the indie polish maker Laura Sanchez. This polish was completely perfect for this look because there's no fishing required when applying.

Flash On

Dr franken is a glitter bomb polish in a clear base. It's packed with multiple types and colors of glitter.
I definitely love this polish and it's perfect because it works over ANY color polish, you can also use this polish to create some cute jelly sandwiches! That just means you can use this polish sandwhiched between two layers of a sheer polish,

As you can see here we have tons of hexagonal glitter in different colors and sizes, I can spot some teal, blue pink and yellow hex glitters and some silver micro glitter.
Since this polish has the glitter very well scattered everywhere I didn't have to fish for glitters at all, making it easier to even everything out and have a smooth surface as a final result!
SInce my surface was pretty smooth on it's own I didn't have to worry about layering a clear top coat I just went right for the matte. The matte top coat I use its called Matte about You and it's by Essie! I totally recommend it, it works just wonderful!.

Hope you guys liked this mani & decide to try it out!
If you have any requests on what nail art designs I should do next feel free to comment on the box & I wil try my best to have it up asap!

Love you all.

Liquid Sand by OPI ~~

Hello guys!

Today i'll be reviewing this really cool polish called Can't let go, and it's part of the Mariah Carey's collection.
This polish is definitely not like other nail polishes, it might look normal inside the bottle but when you put it on and let it dry it actually dries matte and has a sandy texture.

I love the way this polish feels haha I can't help but feel my nails all the time while wearing this!!
The application of this polish is not hard at all and i didn't really have to use a dabbing technique to get the glitter. I used two coats of the polish in the pictures!

Purple is my favorite color so from the whole collection I had to get this one first, the color is such a true purple. Along with glitter polishes, ths polish is a hassle to take of :[ but i'll be writing a post about a little secret I found out to about to make the removal of these polishes so easy!

You can really tell that the texture in the macro looks way different, I think if i only used one coat maybe I could've gotten a better shot of the sand. Even though my nails definitely feel super sandy!! haha I love this new trend and I've seen a lot of new liquid sand polishes coming out, aside from the Mariah Carey collection you have the Pixie Dust collection from Zoya and there will be a liquid sand polish released in the new " Oz the Great and Powerful" collection.

I hope you guys enjoyed this post and I look forward to keep writing all these post to you all!
Thank you so much for reading.

Sinful Colors - Savage

Hello polish junkies!

i'm super happy to say that i'm writing this post from my new laptop :D
All my previous posts were being written from a computer, and I felt like I didn't post as much as i would like to just becauseI get anxious from sitting down in the same spot for a while.
I wanted to ask my parents for a laptop so I could make my blogging experience a little better, but they refused since i've lost many many computers due to viruses, but my mom finally gave in and gifted me her brand new laptop :D okay enough with happy ranting and on to my post.

I went to walgreens in the search of the new "sugar rush" collection, but for the fourth time they were all out.
The staff at walgreens in the place I live are extremely disappointing me. They either have everything misplaced, no tags, refuse to help, or are just plain out of everything all the time.

So I couldn't get my paws on them quite yet, but I picked up a lovely color that I instantly fell in love with.
It goes by the name of Savage and its a really pretty blue-ish teal.

This gorgeous teal looks a little more tealish in real life than the picture, I looked up swatches of this color online and realized i'm not the only one having trouble capturing this beauty's true color.

I feel like this could very much be a summer color, but suits perfectly for the spring, or at least that's my opinion on it.
As you can see this beautiful color dries matte, but however it looks stunning with a shiny top coat as well.

The formula of this polish was amazing, reached full coverage with one coat, however for the swatches I tend to put two coats, so the picture was with two coats on.

I really like Sinful Color polishes for the fact that they are really good quality for how cheap they are!

Now that I have a laptop i'll definitely will be trying to write a little more often and keep showing you guys awesome polishes i come across.

once again thanks for reading me.
